SB & Company, LLC (SBC) is a certified public accounting and business advisory firm registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Our mission is to provide select industries with highly qualified professionals who apply industry and business knowledge to meet clients’ needs effectively and creatively while providing outstanding client service.

After seventeen years in business, we are approximately 80 professionals strong and one of the country’s largest minority public accounting firms certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, with branch offices in Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and South Florida, we serve clients throughout the United States.
